Her Career, Her Story is a unique engagement experience where volunteers take learners on a journey through their career pathways.  As their career storeis are shared, learners have the opportunity to ask questions, explore their interests, and learn important career building skills.

Participants Are Able to Build A Professional Network and Find Mentor Opportunities

• Engaging with professionals about their career history can help participants build valuable connections within your industry. These relationships can lead to mentorship opportunities, where experienced professionals provide guidance, support, and potentially open doors to new opportunities. A strong network can be crucial for career advancement and personal development.

Participants are able to Gain Practical Workforce Insights and Lessons.

• Understanding the career path of a professional provides practical, real-world insights into the industry and role. Participants learn about the challenges the speaker faced, how they overcame them, and the strategies that led to their success. These lessons can help participants make informed decisions, avoid common pitfalls, and navigate career pathways more effectively.

Lean In Circles are opportunities for women to participate in structured workshop like discussions around important topics facing women in today's workforce.

Corporate partners are invited to participate as subject matter experts with groups of 10 - 15 women who are currently in the workforce.  

Lean In Circles last for approximately 90 minutes and are held monthly.  Partners are able to sponsor one or many lean in experiences on topics of their choice.  

Lean In Topics Include:

• How to Get The Recognition You Deserve At Work
• How to Become a Transformational Leader
• How to Make Assertiveness Work for You
• How to negotiate as a woman - and get what you ask for
• How to find a sponsor or mentor to accelerate your career.
