Women In The Workplace: A Signature Program

Women In The Workplace is a signature cohort-based program designed to foster connection, build confidence, and strengthen workforce readiness. Participants join a supportive peer-to-peer learning environment, guided by subject matter experts who share insights on today’s most relevant workforce development topics.
Each cohort includes 10–12 women who meet monthly to explore subjects such as leadership, professional growth, financial literacy, and navigating workplace culture. The program also offers personalized mentorship, coaching, and meaningful opportunities to expand professional networks.
